Holds B.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Ibadan with a second class upper. He has worked in management capacity in major oil marketing companies including ConOil , Acorn Petroleum Plc for more than ten (13) years.Adeola is a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers and Institute of Industrial Engineers and also the prestigious Leadership for Environment and Development, an international organization with headquarter in US.
